This website belongs to DoldurSepet and is operated with the Shopify infrastructure.
By visiting our site, placing an order or using any of our services , you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms set forth below.
1. General Provisions
✔️ DoldurSepet offers its customers practical and innovative products that make daily life easier by sourcing them from abroad (of Chinese origin).
✔️ All products on our website are delivered within an average of 6-15 business days , depending on stock status and supply chain.
✔️ When you place an order, you accept the delivery time and the import of the product.
2. Product Returns and Terms of Use
✔️ Return Policy
✔️ You have the right to unconditionally return unused and unopened products within 15 days from the date of delivery.
✔️ If the box is opened, the product has been tried on, used or damaged, returns are not accepted.
✔️ For hygienic reasons, opened personal care products, kitchenware or specially packaged products cannot be returned.
🎥 Damage Report
✔️ In order to prove any damage that may occur during cargo delivery, it is mandatory to take a video while removing the product from the cargo box.
✔️ Damage claims without video recording are not considered valid as they cannot be detected.
✔️ If there is any external damage on the package such as crushing, tearing, or liquid contact, a report must be kept in the presence of the cargo officer.
📦 Returns are not accepted if the package has been opened.
✔️ Products that have been opened or damaged in their original packaging cannot be returned/exchanged.
✔️ Please open the product package carefully and do not use before checking the contents.
3. Order Cancellation
✔️ Your order can be cancelled before it is shipped.
✔️ Order cancellations cannot be made after the shipping process has begun. In this case, the above return conditions will apply once the product has arrived.
4. Customs and Tax
✔️ Our products are priced including customs duties.
✔️ There are no additional customs fees when entering Türkiye.
✔️ Our company is not responsible for any delays that may occur during customs procedures.
5. Price and Payment
✔️ All prices listed on our website include taxes and shipping costs
✔️ Payment transactions are made through the secure payment infrastructure offered by Shopify.
6. Disclaimer
✔️ Product images are representative, there may be minor differences (color tone, label, etc.) due to the supplier.
✔️ It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the compatibility of the products and their use as expected.
✔️ DolturSepet is not responsible for any damages that may arise from the misuse of the products.
